This combination of Mullein leaf and Marshmallow leaves + flowers is meant to support the lungs. This pair are traditionally used [separately] to support an irritated cough due to smoky air, allergies, or respiratory illness. I personally love this made as a tea with a little bit o' honey.
Steep for 15-20 minutes, covered. Strain. Enjoy!
