Ashwagandha Tincture

Shipping: Parcels are shipped flat-rate with Canada Post for $21. Small parcels (including the Cycle Journal) may be able to be shipped at a slightly lower cost - if this is the case, I will contact you and reimburse you the difference!

Local Delivery: Delivery happens once a week on Saturday mornings for orders going to Flin Flon, Creighton, or Channing and cost $3/order.

Local Pick-Up: Orders for folks who live in the Flin Flon area can be picked up on from my home on Monday afternoons between 4 - 9pm. These orders will be placed on a shelf next to the back door and will have your name on the tag.  *Please note: in the event of extreme cold weather, this may change!
