The cycle journal is an intuitive, more intentional way of tracking your cycle (and it doubles as a day-planner)! If you're sick of using apps and are making it your mission to spend less time on tech, a physical paper journal is the way to go. Taking the time to write your experiences down at the end of each day brings us deeper into the present moment and allows us to become more aware of our body + mind.

You'll also find monthly cycle summary pages, the major moon phases on the dates they occur, major holidays, solstices, equinoxes, and the astrological seasons. Each day allows you to track the day of your cycle and has space to journal any cycle symptoms or feelings you may be experiencing. There is also a daily "For Today" space to log your to-do list, appointments, etc. and checkboxes to track movement, hydration, nourishment (food), and chill/fun time. Set weekly intentions, express your points of gratitude, and make notes or reflections.
By 2027 you'll be more in-tune with your body + mind AND you'll have a year's worth of data that can come in handy when visiting your doctor, naturopath, herbalist, or other health practitioner!
