Chair Yoga From Home

Welcome to Chair Yoga From Home ~ An online library of videos that you can do from home, at your own leisure. Perfect for total beginners or those familiar with some poses who are looking to grow their practice. Chair yoga is a wonderful form of gentle movement that not only benefits the body, but also the mind + soul. We'll start with the foundational chair poses, focusing on stretching and alignment. As we move through the year we'll add new poses, variations, and styles of classes that flow with the seasons. We'll also spend a few classes focusing on strength. Classes will be 15 - 30 minutes. A few bonus videos + audio will be posted randomly throughout the year as well :). Includes: • One new yoga video each month (posted on the 1st of the month) • Access for one year (from the time of registration) • As each video is posted, you can watch it as many times as you'd like for the remainder of the year *Videos are recorded (not live). Suggested yoga props: • Chair (no arms -- that allows you to sit further back AND further forward comfortably) • Yoga strap • Yoga block • A small pillow, cushion, or folded blanket may be helpful for additional comfort Join us on this yoga journey and give your body, mind, and soul a little love this year!
